Groin

Free too tight groin tendons

in only a few minutes.

Problem:

Over time groin tendons gradually twist inward (medially), always tightening & retracting, but very rarely do they untwist. To a therapist's hands retracted groin tendons feel as if they have spiraled tighter, pulling the thigh too securely toward groin (medially), making outward thigh rotation (laterally) hard work instead of an easy fluid motion. Even successfully stretching them doesn’t untwist & thus lengthen them.

Treatment:

I have evolved a special technique for moving groin tendons with my hands, which quickly untwists and frees them. It then becomes possible to de-adhere or loosen the clump-tightness in groin muscle mass (adductor longus / brevis, pectineus). Healing/recovery time is usually reduced to a couple of days for minor strains, to a few weeks for acute strains in athletes who have a history of groin strains. My technique is mechanical, not some energetic silliness, but since it involves a very experienced adept touch it is inappropriate for me to try to describe it in words.

Benefits:

  1. eliminates chronic tightness & strains, greatly reducing vulnerability to injury.
  2. thigh rotates outward (laterally) much further & faster.
  3. thigh coordination is easier, as if one is younger and stronger.
  4. allows groin tendons to relax and lengthen, without having to stop physical activity.
  5. now stretching groin actually works, loosens the groin!

Notes:

Once groin is untwisted, the sudden ease of thigh rotation is amazing, makes people want to feel their legs dancing or running.
