ABDOMINAL CAVITY

De-adhere Abdominal Cavity

relax abdomen & low back.

Problem:

Membranes (serous) run all through the abdominal cavity, a bit like living plastic bags. They enclose organs such as liver, stomach & intestines, helping to keep body parts separated when infection occurs. They often wrap themselves constrictively around parts of organs where injury or infection is present, but often don’t de-constrict after healing has occurred. Over time some people’s abdomens resemble a maze of membranes stuck together like sticky spider webs, restricting the natural expansions and movements of small & large intestines. Mild tension & aching are common and occasionally sharp pain that seems to be unidentifiable. Abdominal operations, including cesareans for childbirth, add to this internal constriction, leaving strings of scar tissue inside the abdomen.

Treatment:

A careful general gripping and mild shaking can usually shake out the unwanted stickiness binding membranes together, restoring natural freedom of movement to abdomen organs. There is an instant relaxing of the abdomen, tension and pain disappearing almost immediately.

Benefits:

  1. de-adheres & de-constricts abdomen cavity.
  2. reduces or eliminates abdominal tightness that causes pain.
  3. allows intestine walls to more easily expand.
  4. allows easier digestion through intestines.
  5. no more hypersensitivity when someone presses on your belly.
  6. decreases mild abdomen trauma that causes low back muscles to contract.

Notes:

Low back & low belly seem to be partners, when one has pain so does the other. Treating one helps the other.

After childbirth women often have lingering pain indefinitely, pain from easily treated inner adhesions.
